The Legend of Pozole Pizza
We at Chez Venza like to get creative with pizza! Obvs.
So when we learned about the Legend of Pozole Pizza, we totes had to check it out!
(tl;dr Pozole is a Mexican soup.)
That being said, we're kind of into brevity nowadays. We live in a post-toddler America.... cause we have a toddler.... as a president?
ANYWAY.
We'd made this Pozole Recipe many moons ago, but were left with extra chili sauce.
Enter some HEB precooked pulled pork, homemade tomato sauce, cotija and mozzarella cheeses, fresh garlic, avocado, cilantro, lime, white onion, and, of course, hominy...voila the legend is true!
