Chocolate soufflés with raspberry sauce! Fairly easy to make, and oh so good. The recipe comes from America's Test Kitchen. You can apparently make them ahead of time, but we weren't thinking that far ahead. Next time though!
Welcome! We are a couple of obnoxious Food-Network-watching, Joy-of-Cooking-reading, dinner-party-throwing fiends.
